Unlike mass-produced biscuits loaded with refined flour and palm oil, ANORAA Thekua is made with whole wheat flour and pure desi ghee - available in both traditional Fried and oven-baked variants, completely free from artificial additives. Every batch is a handcrafted clean-label product.
We never use palm oil or hydrogenated vegetable fats. Our traditional recipes use pure desi ghee; where a recipe uses rice bran oil instead, it is clearly listed in that product's ingredients.
Yes. Our "Lite Delight" range is sweetened entirely with plant-derived Natural Stevia Extract instead of added sugar. Please refer to the individual product label for the complete formulation and nutrition information.
Our products are baked thoroughly to eliminate internal moisture without preservatives, and stay crisp when kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Please refer to the best-before date printed on each package for the exact shelf life.
